However, we understand that there may be rare instances where you are not entirely satisfied with your order. Below is our Returns and Refunds Policy, designed to provide clarity and assistance should any issues arise.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We offer returns and refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. Defective or Damaged Products:
    If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible.
  2. Incorrect Orders:
    If the product delivered does not match your order specifications (e.g., wrong design, size, or quantity), we will replace the incorrect items free of charge or issue a refund based on your preference.
  3. Print Quality Issues:
    If the product delivered has significant print quality issues that do not meet the approved design, you may request a reprint or a refund. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  4. Non-Delivery of Orders:
    If your order has not been delivered within the agreed timeframe and no communication has been made regarding delays, you are entitled to a full refund. However, please contact our customer service team for tracking information first.

Non-Eligible Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or refunds in the following cases:

  1. Customer Errors:
    If the product was printed according to the final design and specifications approved by the customer but contains design errors, typos, or incorrect information, we are unable to offer refunds or free reprints. Please double-check your designs and details before approving.
  2. Slight Colour Variations:
    Due to differences in screen display and print production processes, slight colour variations may occur. We do our best to ensure accurate colours, but small differences will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
  3. Change of Mind:
    Custom-printed products cannot be returned due to a change of mind once the printing process has begun or the order has been delivered.

Return and Refund Process

If you are eligible for a return or refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@greenberry.co.ke or calling us at 0720 555 005 / 0736 994 996. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with any supporting images of defective or incorrect products.
  2. Return the Product:
    If a return is necessary, you may be required to return the product in its original condition. We will provide instructions on how to return your product. The return shipping cost will be covered by Green Berry Ltd if the error is on our part.
  3. Refund or Replacement:
    Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will process your replacement or refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before production begins. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the printing process has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
