Delivery Options

- Standard Delivery (Nairobi)
For orders within Nairobi, we offer standard delivery. Once your order is complete, it will be delivered within 1-2 business days. - Nationwide Delivery (Kenya)
For deliveries outside Nairobi, we ship to all major towns and regions across Kenya. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days after completion. - Express Delivery
If you need your order urgently, we offer express delivery services. Orders placed with express delivery will be prioritised and delivered within 24 hours in Nairobi. For areas outside Nairobi, express deliveries will arrive within 1-2 business days. - Pickup Option
Customers in Nairobi can choose to pick up their orders directly from our offices at Globe View Plaza, Kweria Road, off Kirinyaga Road. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Delivery Costs
- Standard Delivery (Nairobi): KSh 200 – 500, depending on the size and weight of the order.
- Nationwide Delivery (Kenya): Delivery charges vary depending on the location and size of the order. Charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Express Delivery: Pricing is calculated based on the urgency, size, and weight of the order. Please contact our customer service team for a quote.
Processing Time
The processing time for orders varies depending on the type and quantity of the products. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. For custom orders or larger print jobs, the processing time may be slightly longer, and we will notify you of the estimated delivery date when your order is placed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking information. This will allow you to track your order and know its estimated delivery time. - Correct Address: Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete at the time of placing your order. Green Berry Ltd is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
- Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery times, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or transportation issues) may cause delays. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible.
- Missed Deliveries: If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt a redelivery or leave a notification with instructions on how to collect your order.
- Damage During Delivery: If your product is damaged during delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the condition of the product and the extent of the damage.
